I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with SK. Jimmy was always communicating with me on the status of my car, he even said he would stay later for me to come pick up my car when I couldn't come before shop closed. Misty coordinated with Enterprise next door before I even arrived and always had a smile on her face. My two young girls were with me both times and everyone was extremely nice and consciences of them in the room. I could tell that the Plano Team all had a great rapport and worked so well together. I would for sure return if I needed collision repair.
Lastly, loved the kid area for my little girls to play while I took care of transactions.
