I was very impressed with everything from customer interaction, the email updates till the finished product. I think enterprise **** and I understand the convenience of the closeness of their facility... But I would search for prospects. Ill not use them again. A stained up smelly car... Ummmmm nope!!! Lol. 12 day delay starting work due to failing to record my phone number at intake. Released truck SEVERELY out if alignment, and failed to assist getting insurance to acknowledge that ****,000 worth if bent tie rods were not normal wear and tear, but at least in part due to impact.
It's been 5 weeks, please do not contact me further, you have made it clear that you were unwilling to go to bat to secure necessary repairs.

Called SK scheduling on July 1st and book and appointment to "seamlessly" drop off my vehicle on July 3 and 9 am. I was told that I would drop of vehicle and pick up Enterprise rental because the rental cars were on site. Not so. Two SK employees came out to look at truck and were mumbling to one another. I asked what was wrong. They told me that I could not drop off a vehicle for repair before a holiday because it would sit an extra day and insurance companies would not pay for an extra day on my rental car. I told them that it was not my problem. I had done the right thing and made an appointment. The girl mentioned that they would have to speak to scheduling about this mistake in the future. The pair asked me if I could return on Monday with my vehicle to drop off. I said no. I am a business owner and I am busy. They reluctantly kept my vehicle.
My rental was not on site. I had to wait for an Enterprise employee to drive over (taking her sweet time) to drive me back to Enterprise.
I had other issues with Enterprise which do not involve SK. In the end I had to have an Enterprise employee drive me to work 20 minutes late and without a car for me to drive.
The repairs on our vehicle were good. That is the one thing we are happy with. Hopefully I never need to but I would use SK again. Mainly because of its location.
