Don't bother. It's my fault for going back to service king when I had the horrible experience last time I used service king on southwest freeway. This was another horrible experience and I am so glad it is over. My "service writer" desiree stopped updating me on the status of my vehicle after the first week. She is a rude individual and needs to take a course on customer service. All together this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.

I was assigned to Velma Farmer. She was very patient with both the insurance company and myself. Also the two lady's at the front desk were very nice and assisted me on what I had to do and how to do it. I was very pleased with this company and would recommend them anytime.
