The repair process took way too long - almost 30 days for the repair. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve had a similar accident and it took less than 2 weeks. Beyond how long it took for the repairs the date of completion was pushed back twice. I will be having another shop looking over the work because i have no confidence that the work completed was done correctly.

My repair still not complete. I am still waiting for my emblem to be installed. One word has not been delivered yet, since I have not received a call to return for this final installation. Can you expedite this, since you know the date when my car was dropped off to start my repairs.
