Everyone I encounter at SERVICE KING MONTEREY PARK were very courteous and friendly. The professionalism was top notch. The updates on my vehicle repair were very welcoming and the time frame in which my vehicle was done and turned over to me was satisfying. I'm very happy with all the work done on my vehicle and the timely manner my vehicle was repair was exceptional.

I brought my 2018 Cherry Red Ford Mustang in for a hit and run rear passenger side repair. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Nicholas Cordoba. He was very knowledgeable, extremely customer oriented, very professional and a pleasure to work with. He explained the damage done to my vehicle, discussed the available repair options and ensured that I was well informed on the process to get my car repaired to my total satisfaction. He kept me informed as repairs where being performed and contacted me when the car was ready for pick-up. The car was beautiful when I picked it up and I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and Nicholas’s customer service. Everyone was very kind and informative I didn’t have a long wait I was just so pleased with my service.Once I got my service person Michael that is, things went very smoothly. he told me what I wanted to know. had me sit down for a little while very little while and then came right back to me with The information from my insurance company. he had an appointment witht the adjustor people for the next day. He took care of everything and he even got me a little assistance, on some old damage, from the insurance company. . I was just so pleased with his kindness and efficiency. Now if that wasn’t enough. We had a simple little insignificant glitch at the time of my pick up of my car. But it Was handled by the supervising gentleman in the kindest manner quickly And efficiently. Well, I left there just so happy to have my lovely car back and I believe Ive never had as good an experience in all my 70 years of driving. I will certainly recommend this body shop and the gentleman Michael who took care of me and the supervising boss to anyone ever again that asked me for help in finding a good body shop. They run a very efficient operation. And I am might add, the office staff is also very kind and the sweet girls and boys tare always smiling. They were happy to help me with the coffee machine, loaned me a charger for my phone, helped me get things out of my car, and assisted me with the paperwork.

Sami was a great helper! He provides me all the repair details and ran me though the rental details. Made sure I was updated all the time! Overall great experience and hustle free!

I have more damage to my car after getting it back, than before I dropped it off. Worst decision to use the Redmond, WA location. I will never go back there or recommend this place.
