Get rid of the automatic texts...I had 6 of them telling me when the car would be done...all wrong, typically by days! Very irritating. Don't do that if the car is not complete. The people at ICC were so nice and professional that they make up for this. And having the owner buy me a coke was fabulous:)

I had a pleasant experience with ICC. I worked directly with Jose to get my car fixed. He answered any and all questions that I asked him and communicated with me every step of the way. When I got my car back today it looked amazing--inside and out. I would definitely recommend ICC to my family, coworkers, and friends. I was quite satisfied with the work done. I think however that Eddie might be overworked, as he was either with a customer or on the phone almost every time I called. I don't know how he manages to get his paperwork done!! You should not risk burning out such a god hard worker!

Communication Was unfortunately so very very poor. Many workdays went by before I heard anything Even though I was assured a speedy answer. I love several voicemail messages and never heard anything back. I was always up to me to communicate and follow up repeatedly. I was exceedingly disappointed with the continued lack of any real communication even though the work turned out to be good. I will definitely not be back normal I recommend ICC to any of my friends. I am certainly not a hard person to please but I was promised so many times a call back and they never took place. Don D
