I was offered a used car door to replace the one that was damaged. I agreed to this having been told there was no new Mini part available, possibly for some months. I have since re-read the sheaf of papers I was asked to sign when I dropped the car off on May 11. Page 3 (ICC Collision Center Non manufacture Parts Policy) in the paragraph headed 'Used Parts' mentions that BMW 'does not recommend or allow the use of these types of parts'. My Mini is of course a BMW car so I am concerned that I agreed to the used part - it seemed I had little choice - and I wonder where I stand now with BMW. Frances Cork

Electrical repair needed beyond ICC' capability performed by Midway Chevrolet and to be submitted to ICC as an additional charge which is covered under the original insurance claim as it was somthing that was the result of the original accident claim.
