My experience at Collision Pros was so satisfying! The service they provided me with was great. They are definitely on top of everything when it comes to keeping in contact with me with updates on my car and letting me know if any changes were made with the prices and parts before they took action. Everyone was very helpful and made me feel like they were really there for me. At one point I had problems with the insurance company not wanting or believing that all the damage was their responsibility to fix. But collision pros talked to me and worked with the insurance company to get everything fixed. I really appreciate all their time and effort put in. I would definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.
