The whole team Pacific Collision has got is amazing, From when I first stepped in and talked to the receptionist I think her name is Gemma, super sweet and super helpful, Robert was my insurances estimator, he did a great job thoroughly in timely fashion. Lastly my adjuster was Tek, he was great at communicating the information I needed to know. All of these people were very professional and made my experience very pleasant.

I like the text message updates and how I was able to view the progress online. I appreciated Maria working with me to get my car in earlier so parts could be ordered faster and my car fixed sooner. I liked how the car is washed and vacuumed and that Cesar walked me through what they did with my car. Cesar also kindly had the A/C on so when I got to my car it was fresh.

Jeff Coloma promised me a courtesy touch up to right rear bumper but when I was called at 4 pm on 3/22 to pick up the car , the t/u was not done. Jeff took the car back to wherever and the touch up looked very bad. I was assured that tint was wet and the color would blend in when dried. Well that has not happened. I am very disappointed & think you should take a look and in good faith, do a better job. Thank you. Pat S
