From start to finish, my experience with Pacific Elite was professional, friendly, and oh-so-easy.
Crystal was friendly, very helpful, on the phone and in-person.
Angel explained everything so well, was so patient, and super friendly. What was already an inconvenience, was just made better because of the time he took to get my car back to its pristine condition.
Having Enterprise on-site was also a plus.
