All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was informed on all steps of the procedures of the repairs that were being done. There was only one issue on the painted area that was chipped and I showed the worker and he tried to fix it but it would have had to be spot painted. Since it was so small, I told him not to worry I would deal with it later.

Mike was extremely professional and direct but very nice, I wouldnt want to have my vehicle going to anywhere or anyone else. I wasn’t expecting great customer service, great repair service and just great in general all in one. I’ve never met a company that’s so professional and courteous that’ they’ll go that extra mile just for your satisfaction, which is supposed to happen but this was so much more then that.
