Unfortunately I was not 100%. The car was not aligned/balanced. When I took it in for routine maintenance the day after I took delivery of the car the dealership informed me that it needed to be aligned and balanced.
The customer service was good, I think it has much room for improvement. But it was fine. The car was ok not how I thought it would come back but ok.

After trying to pick up my car a 2nd time I continue to find things incomplete in the car. It is frustrating. I even called a few days after the car was originally dropped off, I spoke to Dan and mentioned that the front right tire had a deep cut in it. Dan said he would take a look at it. When I went to get the car the first time, the tire had been cleaned and sprayed to make it look good but still had the deep cut in it. The tow ring was also missing. They took care of those items before I went back the 2nd time, but within a minute of inspecting the car on my own, I found where there was overspray on some plastic parts and an area on the right side Morrow where they forgot to paint at all. Then I found where the new bumper was attached on the front left side, that the clear coat on the front left fender was damaged and beginning to peel. The bumper on the front left also had an area along the joint where it was not painted well either.
Please have someone who what to look for go over the car before calling me back. Dan has told me several times that “the production manager” will have to look it over and take care of these issues. Maybe another production manager should check the work of the first one. I am not a professional and I am finding these issues within a minute or two. I am now wondering what I am not finding or being told.

There are 7 paint splatters on the inside rear bumper not near the area where the quarter panel was located. Also, the trim piece inside the vehicle is now stretched out and does not fit properly nor does it look good.
