The work was not completed the first time although I was told it was ready Oct.9. There were multiple scratches and gouges that were not addressed. The interior was not cleaned as listed in the bill. I had to leave the car to have the rest of work done. I just picked it up 10/15. I again noted that the leather interior had not been cleaned and the emblem on the hatch had not been replaced. Eventually after I complained the interior was cleaned and the emblem was replaced. We got home before we noticed the covers for the access screws in both doors are missing! These are about 20 to replace the pair. Additionally, there are now deep scratches on the inside of the Targa Top. The scratches are near where someone's hand would have been when lifting the latch to remove the top. The Targa Top was carefully examined before I left it at your shop due to the fact that debris had fallen on top of the car. There were no marks or scratches on the top. Now there are several scratches on the INSIDE. I noted the mileage reported on my paperwork as over 141,000 miles. My car has about 90,000 miles on it, so, what car were your employees looking at when they recorded the mileage? Although the paint looks good now that its complete, I was very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail shown by your shops performance. My husband and I belong to some car clubs and we all share information in regard to where to have work done. I am sorry to say that I could not recommend your shop. My Targa top was damaged while at your shop, I am missing the access screw covers from the doors, the emblem was not replaced until I brought it to your attention and the leather interior and carpet were not cleaned until I pointed it out that it was dirty.

I am very pleased that I was taken care of very professionally. When I was told that I would be called. That is something many businesses do not follow through in not contacting their clients and give them updated information. That will always help the client and ease their concerns and let's them know when the repair would be completed. More information given to the client on their repairs gives the client the feeling the repair facility cares about the client and their concerns.

Excellent service. Went way beyond my expectations. The person who was helping me, Jim, was the most sincere person I ever met. I would recommend this place to anyone. I hate to say this but I wish I could get into more accidents just to go through them again. Haha omg they're truly the best out there!!!!
