The work was fine. Here are a few items that could've been handled better:
****. The coordination directly with the rep I worked with on when the job would be done had a last minute delay at great inconvenience to myself. They decided the wheel was bent and needed replacement as well. I don't understand why they didn't test drive the car or check this out in the first place so it could've been done on schedule.
2. I got automated texts and emails with the wrong delivery date all the time (it was never updated with the service rep I worked out the date with).
3. Also, when I went to pick up the car the office personnel did not know that the 500 deductible on my insurance was waived and it took 30 minutes to track down the answer before they agreed the car could be released.
Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and helpful and the work on the car looks good.
