Your front desk representatives seemed to have a short temper even though I was never told on the phone that you guys don't accept personal checks as an acceptable form of payment, or that I could even directly bring in the check that the insurrance company had sent me. I was also suggested to come in the next day with a different form of payment, so to miss an additional day of work because you guys only open from 8-12, even though I came into the store with car-rental driver; which should have be an obvious suggestion that I didn't have any type of transportation. It was not until someone with more professionalism kindly offered to take me to my bank, she really went out of her way to help me out. The first receptionist was not professional at all. Yes I may have been a bit more on the edge, but what else do you expect from someone who had gotten rear ended at a red light, had to be in a less than expected rental for 12 days and had to miss a couple hours of work to pick up his vehicle?
