This is the first body shop I've dealt with that I would consider returning to if I find myself in need again. James's handling of the customer end of the job was very professional. He was open and forthright with what work would be done and how, and kept me up to date with the job's progress. The work was done quickly and was beyond expectation. My car was completed ahead of the appraised schedule and I appreciate the full detailing that was performed.
