JV, his assistant (I believe his name's Angel) & Eric from Geico were all very helpful & eager to make sure I felt like I was in good hands. I felt comfortable instantly. I was notified of all steps along the way. I felt like I was over-seeing the the project myself. Kudos on a job well done, all the way around! Eric was able to upgrade my rental vehicle to accommodate my everyday work needs at no extra cost. I highly recommend this professional team of people for all your repair needs. Every single person was helpful through the entire prices from the moment I walked in the door and spoke to the receptionist. It's rare to see this level of professionalism and courtesy anymore.
