My service advisor was amazing. I would rate him on a ****-10 scale as a 20. I was very shaken up following my accident and he calmly told me what the next steps would be for getting my car repaired. He took what was a very difficult situation and made me feel comfortable I would be cared for very well.

Your establishment was the most incompetent
Shop i ever dealt with, your adjuster was never available, my vehicle sat in your shop and no repairs were ever made, and No one from PE ever thought of calling me and giving any update. The only time i was contacted by Ozzie was to remive my vehicle from the shop. My insurance company had already made a check for repairs and your shop refused to make any repairs.
Pacific elite is the most inconsiderent, incompetent body shop. I picked up my car which still had bright green markings ,no one had the decency to whipe off.
I will be referring this nightmare experience with Yelp and youtube regarding my terrible experience with Pacific elite.
