From the minute we showed up we were greeted and assigned a team of people who would take care of us while our car was getting repaired. We received daily updates via text message and they were expedient in getting our car finished. They went the extra mile when we were unable to get to the shop by the time it closed. Our main contact, J.D. came back to the shop to meet us at 8 pm that night so we could get our car. The guy was amazing and everyone was super professional and kind. Best customer service we have ever received..... so thankful for your body shop. Cannot even tell there was a huge gash in the side of our brand new Jeep. Thank you for being amazing!
