Everyone that I spoke to at the shop we’re helpful and profesional. I mostly appreciate the fact that I was able to keep my car and didn’t need to leave it sitting in the shop until the part arrived, the staff did a great job in communicating the status of the part (if it arrived and if it would be ready to be installed the day we had already scheduled the appointment). The day of the app 9/12/19 the technician only took about 30min. to install the part, and made sure I was out of there before my shift started (My shift starts at 9:30 am and I was out of there by around 8:45am). Overall I’m greatly satisfied with the service both provided to my car and myself as a customer.
