after the initial repair, there was terrible noise from the air conditioning fan. Brought it back for repair and they claim to a fixed it. Got it home and it still making the same noise. Completely dissatisfied with front-end service and with the work. No service advisor met me at the vehicle the second time to tell me what had been repaired and to double-check that I was satisfied with the delivery

I came in here not knowing what to do. A well known company crashed my car. Fabian & Chris helped me from start to finish since the first day.
Once I received the quote, the company at fault was starting to avoid contact with me. Fabian actually took it upon himself to have them contact me & get the repair job going.
Chris also assisted a lot. A long the process, they discovered more damage. Chris contacted the company and had my car fixed within a week.
I hope this never happens again but if my car gets crashed, I will without a doubt bring my car back to Pacific Elite.
