My car took over a week longer than projected. After picking up the vehicle today (and leaving the rental car), I returned home to find that my passenger side door latch will not operate from the inside of the car and the rubber along the roof of the passenger side is not adhered to the car (like the driver side). I was grateful to pick up the car after 5:30 pm due to my schedule, however I am now waiting for a response to my message left with the answering service immediately after returning home. Although everyone I came in contact with seemed very pleasant and accommodating, this process has been quite exhausting and frustrating.
