the entire process was efficient with paperwork and ordination with State Farm, Pacific Elite and is.us. The work on the car is great, and the car was immaculate when they returned it to us. 5 Star plus. We highly recommend them.

The service here was completely amazing. The minute you enter you are greeted by a very nice receptionist. She was very helpful and made sure I was attended on time. Ruben and Crystal were very nice and very informative about my claim. I was so amazed at how fast my repair was made. My car looked brand new when I got it back. I definitely appreciate how hard this team works and for their great customer service. Ruben especially called and checked up on my car and always made me feel like a valued customer.
