Service from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. I was updated along the way, there weren’t any surprises, and the turn around time to get everything fixed was all within a reasonable time frame. AND when I picked up my car, I found it had been completely cleaned inside and out which was not requested or expected and was most definitely a pleasant surprise since I haven’t had time to get it cleaned recently. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE! They truly do go above and beyond.

I appreciate your flexibility in allowing us to order parts ahead of time. It was also appreciated that you stayed in touch regarding the status of my vehicle. As an example, even though our vehicle was a day late on the repair, the reasoning made sense. The heavy rain made it difficult to match paint to our vehicle and ultimately the final product was good. My only criticism would be the appraisal appointment. It was 25 minutes later than scheduled which made us late for work and school. If you could do better to stay on time in this area that would be good.
