No need for a call back. The car took a bit longer than expected. It was due to a reaction with the paint that caused you to have to repaint the bumper. One of the tech prob messed up on the prep or mixing of the paint.. it happens...
I do 100% appreciate Caesar’s honesty he didn’t bs me with any excuses. He told me what the issue was and that his team was fixing it..He said he would call me at 3:00 with an update and he was on point at exactly 3:00 with an update. He said it would be ready on a new day and he delivered on that day. Most companies would prob made up some story but I appreciate the fact that you are straight up..

I am not sure where the blame lies. I don't know if its Geico or Pacific Elite. I notified my representative before I left that I see paint from the car that hit me still on my driver side side-mirror. The agent said that they would have to call Geico to see if that is something that should have been included in the work and that she would call me back. This conversation occurred on 12/17 and it is now 12/27 and I still haven't heard anything. Also, my front bumper/fender is "unhinged" or something. It wasn't like that when I brought it in but I am honestly scared to bring it back because I can't afford to be out of my car for another month like before.
