The car looks great, it's a job well done. Though my one negative comment would be in the beginning when my car was being appraised, the two Jim and Jack locations weren't communicating with each other. My insurance agency did go into the Hermosa office and talked with the associate there. Though the associate at the El Segundo office was not aware of any of this even days later. This was a little frustrating.

I brought my Honda in to replace the passenger side mirror (manual). Unfortunately it looks like it wasn't installed properly as the adjustment handle placement does not match the original, and I can hear wind blowing through the connection area - so it sounds like I have my window cracked open when I do not.

In talking with Richie, he said he could touch of some trouble spots I had on my driver side door that were not related to the initial repairs for the accident I was involved in. He was trying to be nice and I appreciated it, but it didn't happen so I was a little disappointed.
