Had my car 11 days longer than estimated. cost 3000 more than original estimate. Had to call to find out what was going on. Received email day one stating I would receive updates. The second email I received was on day 11 stating car was complete. Then 3 more emails after I picked up my car. What happen to updates?

Overall, service was good. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The paint was damaged on the bumper and fender. The estimate didn't include painting the fender, and I was asked to pay more when I brought my car in. Ultimately, I wasn't charged extra, but I had to object to the oversight. Rear seatbelt didn't work upon return. Repair will take place in the morning. Button on dashboard was scratched upon return. That seems to have been polish out now.
