On my way to pick up my car from your shop on the 9th of March, which was the date I was given via text by your associate. While driving I called your shop out of courtesy to let them know that I would be there in a few minutes , to which your associate responded “ Oh, no one told you?”, then he proceeded to tell me that my car was damaged when it was taken to Southbay Mercedes for final calibrations. I asked for details but was given vague information. After a week of getting nowhere I picked up my car March 15 with the rear damage fixed but now with new damage in the front. Just for bonus when I got home I noticed that the Mercedes emergency first aid kit is missing from the trunk. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Jim & Jacks collision center.I would further discuss this situation with management.
