I had to constantly call about the part being in and when they would get it. I could never speak to my rep he was always unavailable when I called. I waited for them to make the simple repair in the shop. When my car was ready I was never told I just happened to see that my car had been moved so I checked it out and the repair had been done. I had to inform the front desk my car was ready
