I was disappointed. I was under the impression that my car was ready and when I inspected my vehicle there was still fresh paint on it, so fresh that my finger got paint on it as well. In addition, the new fender I was charged for was painted very poorly (based on the amount of cash I had to pay). The fender had not been painted all around and the edges were rough. In addition, an original part of my car (color black) was been sprayed with silver paint (right above my car's hood). I am just extremely disappointed with the quality and service.

Car looks great.Everyone I talked to was very nice. All of that said, it sometimes took awhile to get call backs and email responses- several hours or longer. Also, when I called in to get a status update, the receptionist said she would connect me, which mostly meant I was in voice mail. When I went into the office and saw that everyone is sitting next to each other, it became clear that she knew this would happen. Why tell me the person isn't there right now but will be back momentarily (or whatever). Instead, I had to call back and say I wasn't going to leave another message because I left one ****.5 hours ago and could she tell me if the person was even in the office. A little frustrating but seems easily fixed.
