My overall experience with Jim & Jacks was excellent. I had the Mercedes Benz fixed twice for vandalism and Carlos took care of everything. Carlos was very professional and helpful. Communication was also great. He would call and give me updates. The e-mails I received were also helpful. My car was fixed earlier than the date promised and I’m so amazed and very happy that the car looks so brand new! Thank you, Jim & Jacks!

Gabriel was so helpful from start to finish- he definitely went overboard to make sure I understood the process of how insurance claims work and took the time to answer my hundreds of questions ! The car was done much earlier than expected, the communication was great, and the car looks beautiful! I appreciate all the hard work Gabriel put in to make my super frustrating insurance claim situation a lot better. I hope my car doesn’t get hit again, but if it does I’m coming back to get service from Gabriel! :)
