Not happy with the fact that no one communicated with me that they're putting Bondo on my truck therefore I'm definitely an unhappy customer do the fact that Geico nor anyone in your shop contact me let me know they would be putting Bondo on my truck I disagree with that 100% now I have a truck with Bondo on it and I do not appreciate it at all it really upset me but nobody had communication with me cuz I have money and would replace the fender thanks

I appreciated the status updates on the car repairs and the sincere concern when the original completion date had to be extended. Sarah was always positive and helpful when she called with updates. We were very thankful our Honda Pilot was able to get in for repairs so quickly. Having Star confirm the rental also made the drop off and pick up so easy.

Everyone was very nice & the repair on my car looks excellent :-)
The only tiny complaint I would have is that it was ready two days later than expected but I think that was due to a part delay.I just wish I had been notified a little sooner about the two day delay.

The customer service was great, I received text updates throughout the repair process, and the team worked around my schedule when I needed to pick up my vehicle. My car had been vacuumed and washed when I picked it up, and I got 3 free car washes since I won’t be able to take my car through any automatic ones for a couple months. There isn’t one negative comment I could make about my experience with Star Body Works.
