I brought my auto in on Monday Dec 2, for which I had an appointment. On Dec 3rd the adjuster approved the repair. I was told by staff that the job was to be completed in three or four business days, however, the repair wasn't finished until 5:00 on Dec 12th and I picked my auto up on Friday Dec. 13th. I have had several repairs here previously and have always had outstanding service. I will continue to do do business with North Fresno Collision.

I have been plesently surprised at the entire experience. Having never been through this before, I guess I expected a long and confrontational experience.
