Issue with the safety warning system that should have been taken care of prior to. completion & pick up. Now I have the inconvenience of having to deal with the issue and insurance company. Body repairs seem to be fine & look good otherwise. Overall can’t be 100% honest till everything is working properly.

this is the second survey sent to me. i think there may be a disconnect between the firm that you employ to track and communicate progress of repair and Hendrick Collision. Timeline: brought vehicle into Hendrick Durham on May 12. On May 13 was contacted by Hendrick Collision that damage was reviewed, cost estimate made and estimated completion 28 May. approved. Your shop was successful in getting all parts immediately and repair was actually completed May 19, and i picked it up that day. Outstanding service!!! However your tracking service continued to send emails to me advising that work on car was continuing even after delivery. as late as May 24, i received an email that the work was near completion. Look, that is minor stuff. You guys did a great job on the car, but i believe improvement can be made in the system so that your communication tool (which i liked) was date-aligned with the actual work done. should be an improvement. thanks again and best wishes. I can't recall all the names now, but the ladies at the reception desk were very very pleasant and professional. They thoroughly explained how the process would work, to include the drop-off and pick-up Lyft ride I was provided. I believe the estimator's name was Jason. He was also very helpful in keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready. This was very helpful in planning my availability and scheduling for pick-up.
