When I picked up my car and tried to start it, nothing happened. No sound, no light, nothing. I went back in and Beth had someone go look at my car. He comes back in a while later and just says the car is running. He went to walk away and I stopped him to ask why the car wasn't starting. He said he didn't know, maybe a weak battery. There was no issues with the battery before I brought it in and no one mentioned a battery issue for the two weeks it was being repaired. He told me to just drive the car so it would charge. When I expressed my concerns about getting stranded with two small children, the guy completely brushed me off and walked away. I just wanted an explanation as to why the car wasn't working after I was told it was fixed. Not the experience I was hoping for.

The service to the car was excellent. Thank you! I loved the constant updates on the progress via texts. The serviceman was very professional. So as far as the work on the car, that was great, but when I received the car it was very dirty inside with large dirt and finger print marks on the driver seat and door. It also smelled very bad. The smell is still there a day later. The inside of the hood was also covered in white dust. It was a shame to end such a great experience with the dirty inside of my car. Whoever worked on it should have cleaned the dirt marks s/he made inside before delivery.

Not the most meticulous body repair I've seen (body panel and headlight alignment quite a bit off) but certainly not the worst. The paint match is decent. This is a work service truck, has a lot of other dings and scratches and we don't plan on reselling it so I'm not too worried about this repair, it is good enough in context. If it had been my personal vehicle I would have respectfully requested a redo of the panel aligments and I'm sure it would come out perfect the second time. Seriously though, no big deal with this one and no complaints, fair job. I would recommend you to others. Thank you for the quick turnaround and I LOVED the rental Camaro, it is on my radar as a dream car purchase!

Car repair looks to have been expertly completed and communication between repair facility and vehicle owner was great with two exceptions: ****.) car repair was originally to take two days and on the third day the vehicle owner had to call to check status and was informed that additional parts were required and repair completion date would be delayed significantly. Since I origionlly opted for no rental car this change in pick up date was crucial. 2.) upon cometion of vehicle repairs (now on the third promised pick up date the vehicle owner had to call to find out car was ready as no attemt to contact the owner was made (and it was after 1200 in the afternoon. In both instances letting the vehicle owner know of the change in status was necessary yet I was kept in the dark.
