The work was great quality but it took a week longer than quoted. The fact that it took longer is a small part of my issue. They never contacted me to let me know it would take longer. I had to keep calling. I was told Tuesday, then called and told Friday, then called and told Saturday, then Monday and it was finally ready Tuesday. I would have appreciated a text/call saying it's not ready instead of me having to keep calling.

They left mold in my car.They had my car for over a week and when I picked it up last Friday it was dark -plus I did not assume that they left mold in my car- We didn't use the car over the weekend and on Monday there was the mold.I took it back and I was told if I can prove it that it is their fault they would pay for it.I took it to a place where they deal with car water damages and a diagnostics test is over 200!!!!We don't have that kind of money!!!!We have a child and now he can't ride the car plus it is dangerous to my health as well.We are looking into what to do next.We are very very very upset.

I thought 8 days without a car was excessive (especially when my wife and I had conflicting schedules, (The car should have been ready in 5 days (on a Friday), but the paint job was thought unacceptable le (by Mr. Huffman). and the car was not available until the following Tuesday). I appreciate making sure it was done properly, but I wish that had been caught earlier.

Talk to repair shop. Bodywork was great. Tailgate repair was unacceptable to me. I cannot be sure small dents were pre-existing. Your technicians must have been present at the accident. I was not there so cannot be certain if they were caused by the "hit and run" driver. Your personnel are certain they were, however. I accepted the job. Need tailgate and want to put this behind me.
