Sometimes my calls to the body shop were not answered, which is totally understandable. However, it just makes it difficult for a customer to schedule a day when they're not sure when the vehicle will be ready - even just down to am vs. pm. But, all in all, no complaints at all, and Paul Hoffman did call me back when he had a chance, to fill me in on the status details - which I appreciated!
