Matt Paolini was a true professional. The repair work was disappointing, and I will need to return the car when I return from vacation. The hood is not aligned properly. The fender is not aligned properly. Insulation on the rear of the fender is not installed properly. The repaired wheel color does not match the other three wheels. The air conditioner does not appear to be cooling as well as it did when I dropped it off. Like you, I am a very busy person. I do not have time to do things twice. At this point, I am forced to sacrifice work and personal time to return the vehicle for repairs that could have been performed properly the first time.
