Customer service was fantastic. My only point to mention was that while the paint job was very good, there were a couple places that were very slightly inconsistent. I didn't point these out when I picked the vehicle up because I wasn't expecting perfection. Nonetheless, I see room to improve the quality of the painting. Thanks

Came in for an insurance claim which that repair was done good it seems on the bumper,however while my car was there the Front windshield was cracked which it was not cracked when I brought the car in ..While it's being fixed it makes me feel less confident than with the service ..a windshield being cracked
During a repair on a bumper seems like a large oversight to have slipped by when they brought my van around ... Accidents happen I understand that but I was made to feel like "oh that's weird well we will fix it" no apology by anyone for the inconvenience, a little better customer service especially when your company damages something would be something to work on a simple "sorry " or a simple
"I don't know what happened but let me make it right" would have been nice to hear . While it is being fixed by your company hearing those words as a customer makes you feel like you matter .

I recently had experienced a car accident in June 2016 where I was not at fault, and I decided to choose the Hendrick Collision Center through my insurance company which is USAA. When I finally took my car to them Matt Paolini introduced himself to me and he had let me know he would be in charge of helping me get my car fixed. Matt Paolini went out of his way to help me tremendously by offering me a discount on an extra car maintenance job that needed to be done besides the damage that needed to be repaired on my car from the accident. I had told him that I could not afford the extra work to be done because I am a college student who is trying to make it financially. I noticed he had been listening to my problems and I was so happy that he cared about me as a customer. Matt did a wonderful job in supporting and caring about my concerns as a customer. He also helped me purchase my police report online, and he emailed it to USAA right away to help me speed up the process on my existing auto claim. He has been one of the kindest Assistant Team Leaders that I have ever noticed as a customer. I recognized he was always happy, with a nice personality, and very patient with me. He kept me updated all the time on what was going on with my car when it was in the shop for repairs. Overall, I would say Matt Paolini is the best!!! Please promote him soon to a higher Team Leader position with the Hendirck Collision Center or another place with a raise also because he deserves it very much!!! Thank you very much Matt for your kindness!!

The initial feedback and communication was great. The promise to be fixed was 20 days, no one contacted nor followed up after even though I called multiple times. Due to several inconvenience episodes, we rushed to get the car back
Without checking it out throughly Only to realized that neither passenger front or back door open now.
Pretty frustrating even though I left a message and have yet to get a response.
