On drop off: rental was not available so I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for a rental to be brought over.
On pickup:
Was not told that I had to bring original paperwork - had to wait for resolution with Nationwide.
Scratch on lift gate near work area that wasn't there on drop off.
Driver side footwell filthy & dirty scuff marks from work boots on door jamb.
Interior access panels in rear left open.
Color of new bumper is almost the same as the rest of the car
