Amazing customer service and super friendly! My pairs were fast and efficient, although they did a speedy process it couldn't be anymore smoother from dropping off my car, getting into a rental, constant updates, as well as pick up! I just picked the car up about 4 hours ago and only driven it 6 miles, so far it looks and acts looked like nothing had happened to it. So far, it appears the paint is a perfect match. Thank you very much--I'm 66 and this was the first accident I've had a driver...in a new car I've only had for a year! There were delays in completing the repairs, due to the body shop tech having issues getting the door fitment correct. But Jean-Claud Brodeur provided excellent customer service! Other than the delays, it was a pleasant experience and we're satisfied with the repairs.

I had a great experience with City's body shop. Candice Dabbs was nothing less than amazing in helping me get my car back in the shortest amount of time possible. Rachel at the shop was also very helpful as well. She kept me up to date every day with the status of my car and each process the shop was doing. The only improvement I could recommend to management is having a loaner for customers - especially employees, (such as myself) it would have definitely made things a lot easier. Other than that, thank you so much Candace, Rachel, Curtis - for being so nice via the phone and in person, and the rest of the body shop for making my car look good as new!!
