First I had to call back to after waiting for someone to get back to me to even get my car scheduled for repairs and then it was suppose to be take a week and be done on Friday and it was not done until Monday and again I had to call back to see when I could pick it up. And after all that and now 3 weeks after picking my car up I was being hounded by the rental company to return the car that I was told to leave at the dealer and they would call the rental company and have them pick it up. Total lack of communication and very disappointed.

After being involved in a multi-car automobile accident in the late fall of 2021, I chose Hendrick Collision Center Durham to repair my damaged 2016 BMW X5M SUV. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism shown me by Mr. Trey Hensley, the Collision Center Specialist that was my point-of-contact at Hendrick Collision Center Durham. He was very responsive to my many questions and he and the staff at Hendrick Collision Ctr. Durham quickly emailed to me all of the necessary forms for my review and inputting my information and authorization for them to begin their work. Trey H. sent me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the cost of the work and was able to quickly place orders for all of the BMW OEM replacement parts necessary to repair my vehicle. He worked closely and coordinated with my State Farm automobile insurance company who paid for this work, minus my deductible. Due to the global, national and regional supply chain issues affecting many parts, it was unfortunate that we all had to essentially wait approximately 3 ****/2 months for all of the ordered parts to be delivered to Hendrick Collision. But once they had been received, the work progress went smoothly. The vehicle’s repair work was essentially completed when I arrived at our agreed upon date. What makes me most appreciative and grateful to Trey Hensley and Hendrick Collision Center Durham is what happened very soon after I had taken possession of my vehicle. While driving it directly to the local BMW Dealership for a pre-arranged appointment for a full vehicle servicing, my vehicle’s rear air suspension failed. Apparently, it was damaged in the accident last fall, but was not visible or noticeable during the final test drive before they gave the vehicle back to me. Thankfully, the BMW of Southpoint Dealership was able to locate, order and install the necessary replacement rear suspension parts. To the credit of Trey Hensley and Hendrick Collision Center Durham, they immediately agreed to pay for all of the parts and labor costs for that specific repair, adding it as a supplemental charge to my insurance company, since it was accident-related. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the results and happy to highly recommend both Trey Hensley and Hendrick Collision Center Durham to anyone who needs top-quality, significant damage repair work to their high-end vehicle.
