Because of a car accident had my 2007 Acura TL towed get repaired there they did a excellent job on repairing my vehicle even got the Navigation dat went blurry cause of the accident to come back to normal working conditions but concerning the TPMS light this is the 1st vehicle I have that has that & that also came on cause of the accident.... thats notta problem for me to deal with but they said they got the tpms light to go off & the tires just need to be inflated more took my vehicle half way home the light came back on I checked ALL 4 tires psi 3.5 GOOD then why is the light on so took it to one of my friends that works ata used tire store & he explained it to me they should of told me right there on the spot would've paid and have them order me some for my vehicle.....if my vehicle is ever brought their again im gonna need MUCH more answers on everthing.....outta **** to 10 I'm gonna give the service a 7......

When we picked our Dodge Durango up we were not informed that the back light wasn't completed when I got to work i noticed it and called them shortly after. I spoke with someone and they said oh we have the part in just swing by early in the morning we open at 7 come by tomorrow before you go to work. So i went by there today first thing this morning and they said oh you must make an appointment and the technicians don't get here until 9 . I wish someone would of informed me that over the phone i feel that if i wouldn't said anything about the light not fixed no one would of said anything. This is really bad customer service and i don't recommend no one getting bad service as this ! then we still have to try and make an appointment to get this fixed .. TERRIBLE

You guys continued to text me during the time you were repairing my car and the last text confirmed that pick up was still scheduled on time. I drove 45 minutes in traffic after work, even stopping at the gas station to make sure I had the right amount in the rental to return only to get there and be told my car would not be ready until the next day. So frustrating! Someone dropped the **** on keeping me informed about pick up. I had to drive the rental, which I hated, for another day and make another trip to the gas station the next day. I can say the car was cleaned really well and looked great, so kudos for that.
