Matthew Darrington was great to work with on a challenging situation with my insurance company. He gave great advice that had my best interests in mind.
The only improvement suggestion would be to figure out why I wasn't able to receive the text notifications. Something was wrong with the software system that prevented me from getting the automated updates he was trying to send.

The level of kind professionalism was exceptional. At each phase of the body repair I was contacted and updated with the progress. To make it even better I was surprised by how affordable the repairs were. I had an issue at check out. While I was reaching for my credit card, the front desk team member asked for the check the insurance company had sent to our home. I asked her why I would bring Hendrick Collision a check that was made payable to my husband? She then proceeded to tell me that they could not release my vehicle without the check. Her statement was ridiculous and I had to repeat the aforementioned question as I handed her my credit card.
