The work I received in my car was slow and sloppy. The job that was estimated to take 11 days. However, my car was at the collision center for upwards of three and a half weeks. When I finally received my car, the interior was completely disgusting and the outside had glue residue. Very sloppy. I was completely disappointed.

My vehicle was there for two weeks and literally not one thing was fixed on my car. The new bumper that was put on is faulty and has a jug degendenfbij it. The second thing wrong was I needed my weather strip replaced and that also was not replaced. You guys took my money and yet there is still not one thing corrected with my vehicle.

Andrew was great. My 5 series BMW ( 2004 ) was repaired to a new condition. The single issue with having your car repaired is always the insurance company. One must remember, the repair shop is at their mercy. Hendrick did a great job, I'm well satisfied.

Fine collision repair. I am very happy with the quality of the repairs and the response to my concerns were handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. When I inspected my car, I did notice some dirt and debris in my back seat. I mentioned that the concern and my back seat was vacuumed and presented to me in the condition prior to the repairs.
