The repair was not done correctly. First there is excessive amount of clear coat on the hood in one corner. When I told Bruce he said it was just extra clear coat. Second, a support bracket in the front of the car is the wrong color. Third the tow knock out was painted last and it looks like a different color.

I was told my car was fixed and throughly checked out only to drive it around and to notice a loud noise that was clearly there after driving for a couple minutes. trouble shooting with mechanics that insisted nothing was wrong. After the 3rd time of insisting something was wrong. They finally found the issue that. Deemed my car unsafe to drive. Employees were nice but I felt they were trying to do bare minimum on the car maintenance. So overall a little off putting.

Rick Hendrick collision took a crappy situation (getting rear ended in my brand new car) and made it better. Everyone was friendly, which helps, but what really struck me was the level of communication. They emailed me consistently to let me know of progress on my car, and even ended up finishing a full week early. I hope nothing like that ever happens to me again, but if I ever need any more work done, I'll be visiting them.
