I was told my car repair was finished and left work early to pick up my car after nearly a month of being without it. I arrived to find that the front end still had damage. Upon questioning, I was told that it could be repaired. (Wasn't the point of my car being there to be repaired?) I shouldn't have had to ask. I was called again and assured that it was ready. Upon arrival, the front end was fixed but what gas I had left in the tank at the time of the accident was gone. It was so low that my car did not register how many miles I even had left. What was crazy is that the gas station was across the street. The car also has a really strange smell. I had to have it cleaned and add a car freshener to get the weird odor out. I felt like I got a bit of attitude from Josh when I questioned why the work was not 100% complete the first time and he rushed me out when I picked up the car the second time. I chose this location based upon Nationwide's recommendation. I likely would not return.

I wasn't satisfied because I accidentally left money in my car in a compartment and it got stolen.zi called the manager and he nonchalantly ask me why did I leave it in there, I was hurt that you get your car worked on and people are dishonest.

Would be nice if you called me Jerry instead of Jeff......I bought the car from you. Complete miss on putting a piece of trim back on my car in the rear bumper area. Didn't replace some hardware on the rock guards after disassembly, told me it had vibrated our previously. How nice to disassemble, reassemble and ignore the missing hardware. Whoever supposedly washed my car needs some severe training, very poor.

I picked up my car about one month ago and part of the rear bumper has to be installed yet. I also left messages informing that the tag light is not working and that the automatic locking system is not working. I have to press the keyless device in order to lock or unlock the doors. I am not happy with a the lack of communication. I leave messages and nobody bothers to reply. I regret no having taken my car to a Jeep service.
