You sold me the car late May. My estimate came in at roughly $2000 but when I came to pick up my car it was $250 higher. You should have known what it takes to calibrate the bumper on a car you sell new
Glue left on three spots on front windshield from stickers.
The repair looks good but for the money I paid I shouldn’t have to clean glue off my own windshield.

As I mentioned in my other survey, the service professional helping me was mostly polite. Although insisted he could no diagnose an item he saw occur with his own eyes. He insisted it needed to go to the dealership. I took it and the service people there just opened and shut the doors until they reproduced the problem. They did not need to run a "diagnostic" which is what Alan suggested. He also emphatically said there was no way he could help me. It took the guy basically 20 minutes to tell me the motors die at about 100K miles, this was not related to the accident but the craftsmanship of my car. I would argue that if Alan had spent this time reviewing it and thinking about it, it would have saved me a return trip to the collision center, a willingness to use the collision center again if needed, a significant amount of time on the phone both with the dealership, the collision center and my insurance company and a lot of stress. A little extra effort on the front end would have gone a long way.
