Still in progress, bumper problem. Poor communication, supply chain issues( not really Hendrick criticism), went in for 5 days, came out 2 ****/2 weeks, just disappointed

When I picked up my car, I pointed out the blemishes in the new paint on the hood. I also had a new scuffing on the bottom part of my bumper. I was told they would buff it out when I brought my car back for the sensor to be installed. That has not arrived yet.

Overall a great experience. Brian was very helpful and kept me informed regarding the repair delay due to supply chain issues. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Honestly I’m not 100% happy (more like 98% happy) with the repair due to some small aesthetic issues where the reflectors fit in the rear bumper (and there is a small gap between the reflector and bumper on one side). The repair shop did make some adjustments before I picked up my car and the appearance was improved and the gap reduced. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.

The first time we went to pick up my car, the bumper had a hole the size of a pin and rough spots around the bumper (the area that was fixed). The second time, there was a hair in the clear coat of the car. We were told the whole bumper would need to be replaced to fix this. I didn't want to do this. If there were several mistakes with fixing a portion of the bumper, I didn't feel confident in a whole bumper being repaired.
