I think the repair folks did a great job on fixing the car, and it certainly has performed flawlessly since I got the car back -- yay! However, it took 8 days to get the parts in -- not so hot. You need to look at your supply chain. Also, I think you could have made better use of your e-mail status mechanism to keep me informed on progress.
